Through these experiences, she recognized the growing demand for a more human-centred approach that balances technology’s power with the insight and empathy of experienced HR professionals.

Noreedah Dean, CEO, is a visionary leader and innovator in the human resources field, with a career spanning nearly 30 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, a Human Resources Management Diploma, and is a long-standing member of the HRPA with a CHRP designation.
Noreedah has held leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Sears Canada, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Canada, Bellwood Health Services/EHN, and PokerStars/Flutter International. With deep expertise in employment law, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity, health and safety, and operational HR, she excels in creating dynamic workplace cultures that foster engagement, performance, and growth. More importantly, she specializes in the day-to-day operations of HR, ensuring businesses run efficiently while keeping people at the heart of every decision.
Throughout her career, Noreedah has led HR transformations, implemented innovative policies, and built high-performing teams. Her leadership is defined by strong communication, ethical decision-making, and a commitment to a “caring model”— Bringing the Human Back to Human Resources.
